• Review the event title, outcomes and closing time before placing an order.
• Your open and closed positions are available in Portfolio.
• Use the same email when contacting support about an account.

Money and orders

Deposits, withdrawals and trading activity are recorded in the wallet ledger.

• Crypto deposits are credited after the required confirmations.
• Withdrawal availability and limits are shown before submission.
• A pending order or withdrawal can reserve part of the available balance.
